Terms of Service & Legal Notice
By visiting our site and/or purchasing products from Camp Spot, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including all additional policies referenced herein.
1. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland (QLD), Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
2. Accuracy of Site Information & Trademark Notice
We endeavor to present accurate product descriptions, dimensions, thermal thresholds, and pricing. Independent Outdoor Hardware Brand Notice: Camp Spot is an independent campsite hardware and camp kitchen retailer. Camp Spot is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Snow Peak, Coleman, Camp Chef, Dometic, Darche, or Sea to Summit. Any comparative references are made strictly for functional specification, material comparison (e.g., 304 food-grade stainless steel vs bare cast iron), and technical clarity. Camp Spot reserves the right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.
3. Open Fire Safety, Total Fire Bans & Thermal Burn Hazards
Campfire Safety & Legal Compliance Warning: Open campfire cooking involves live flames, intense radiant heat, hot grease splatter, and flying embers. Campers are solely responsible for verifying and complying with all local state fire regulations, Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service (QPWS) fire restrictions, and Declared Total Fire Bans before lighting campfires or operating wood-fired grills. Thermal Handling Advisory: Stainless steel grills and metal cookware become intensely hot during and after cooking. ALWAYS use heat-rated leather fire gloves or dedicated pot lifters to handle hot hardware, and allow equipment to cool fully before packing into canvas bags. Camp Spot is not liable for thermal burn injuries, campsite brush fires, property damage, or fines resulting from the unauthorized ignition of campfires or failure to adhere to open-fire safety precautions.
